What is the Fr. Sergio P. Negro Scholarship?

Father Sergio P Negro, the founding pastor of St. Paul Catholic Newman Center, had a deep and abiding commitment to education.  He was an academician and scholar with a lifelong passion for new knowledge and greater understanding.  In his honor, the Sergio P Negro Scholarship Endowment Fund was established to provide financial support to either upper division undergraduates or graduate students preparing to use their knowledge and skills to witness and minister to others.** A pre-condition is that you must have either grown within or are currently actively affiliated with Saint Paul Catholic Newman Center.
